ALDERMAN, Timothy

May 9, 1960 – May 3, 2022

On Tuesday, May 3, 2022 Timothy Alderman, loving husband, father, grandfather, son, brother and friend, passed away at 61 in Westlock, AB.

Tim was born on May 9, 1960 in Edmonton, AB.  He grew up with his parents and 3 siblings in south Edmonton. At 23 years old he went on to start up a sheet metal company with his father Ken and so began the era of K & T Metal Industries in Morinville.  A few months into business Tim hired Kathy.  After waiting months for him to ask her out, he finally did and within the year they were married. Fast forward some 30 years later and Tim along with his son Chris opened up the next generation of metal building manufacturing, TAC Industries.

Tim had a love for swimming, and golfing, past the tough guy exterior, he was a compassionate man that would give his plaid flannel shirt off his back for anyone that needed it.  He loved his family more than anything and he always made sure everyone was taken care of.  Whether that was cutting our lawns, cooking a great steak dinner or simply a wave while driving by, Tim will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

He is survived by his wife Kathy of 36 years, his two children Jennifer and Chris (Kyla), grandchildren Sierra, MacKenzie, Kaitlyn, Adalee and Blake, his mother Donna, sisters Shawn and Lisa and many close friends and extended family.  Tim was predeceased by his father Ken, and brother Cory.   

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, May 14, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. in the Busby Community Hall.  Please honor Tim by wearing your favourite plaid flannel shirt and jeans or sweats.
