It is with profound sadness that the family of Patrick Telford announce his peaceful passing on September 23, 2022 at the age of 89 years.
He will be remembered by his loving wife of 65 years Eleanor; daughter Roxanne (Ian) Kemp; grandson Keltan Kemp and son Tracy (Leanne) Telford, as well as numerous relatives and friends.
He was predeceased by his parents Martha and Patrick Telford; brothers James Telford and Joseph Telford and his sister Trudy Sian.
At Patrick’s request, no service will be held.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial Donations may be made in Patrick’s name to a charity of your own choosing.
The family wishes to send a special thank you to the staff at the Westlock Healthcare Centre and to the staff at Westlock Continuing Care Centre. Your caring and support for Dad will always be remembered.
