Jeanne Desranleau

It is with great sadness and much love that we say goodbye to our beloved Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother

Jeanne passed away very peacefully on June 25, 2023, at the age of 94.

She will be lovingly remembered by her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren,  Bernadette (Norm) Fafard,  Rick Wright & Liz Fahlman, Gina Wright & Mike Kurtz, Kyle, Cole, & Sloan Kurtz, Scott Fafard & Kim Moon, Finn & Thane Fafard, Jeff & Amber Fafard, Helen (Percy) McKinnon, Michelle (Jeff) Cuthbertson, and Presley & Tate Cuthbertson; Charlene Holm, Jay Holm & Kam Hogan, and Vaughn Holm; Chuck Desranleau & Janice Keppy, Amy Grove & Andy Ruffle, Ruby, Lola & Tessa Grove, Chloe & Claire Ruffle, Jean Real Desranleau & Candace Assoun, Gustav & Rayvin Assoun, Tiana Keppy & Ben McDonald, Sophie Desranleau, Stephen Jones and Xander Jones, Douglas Desranleau,  Matthew Desranleau, and Paulette (Bob) Paquette; Jeannie (Neal) Brenneis, Hayden & Kara Brenneis, Jack & Wrenley Brenneis, Austin & Camille Brenneis, and Carter Brenneis & Shailla Leroux.

Jeanne was predeceased by her husband Charlie Desranleau and daughter Elaine (Peanut) Desranleau.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, July 5 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Mary of the Assumption Church in Westlock, Alberta.

In lieu of floral tributes donations in memory of Jeanne may be made to the Stollery Children’s Hospital Foundation.

The Family would like to thank Dr. Keay, Michelle Provencal and her staff on the second floor of the Westlock Continuing Care Centre for their many acts of kindness and exceptional care.
