Lena passed away peacefully on  February 6th, 2018. She was born to John and Mary Demurak, the second oldest of six girls. On July 20th,1950, she married Mike Yaremko. Lena loved the Clyde Community and all her neighbors in which she was very activeShe was involved in the Clyde United Church and Choir, the UCW and the AG Society. She curled, bowled, and went to most events at the drop in centre. Lena was known for her great big roasters of hundreds of little tasty cabbage rolls. She loved the farm and was busy all the time. Her garden was also amazing and she was a very hard worker. Her family gives thanks for the wonderful gift she was in their lives. She was the best of mothers and made her children, grandchildren, and grandchildren many fond memories. She will be missed and mourned but never forgotten. She was an extremely caring, kindhearted, gentle and giving person. I remember your Mom from curling days. Always such a happy person. Made me feel so welcome at Clyde. I visited folks at the Long Term Care and she was right there if I was reading to a group. She will be missed.

I am sorry to hear of your mom's passing. I will always remember her big smile and cute little giggle . And of course working on the farm with the big rubber boots and the smell of baking at your house.! She was a kind gentle lady and raised her children well.
